Mandatory Documents

• ·         Passport: scanned colour passport (First and last page) in JPEG format.
• ·         Travel Bookings: Scanned copy of Return Ticket
• ·         Accommodation: Proof of reservation of hotel or any other accommodation for the intended stay.
• ·         Visa Form Completed Online Application Form Duly filled, printed, and signed (signatures must match the passport).
• ·         Photographs  Recent Passport-Sized Photos Must meet the strict specifications of the destination country (e.g., white background, specific size, face coverage).
• ·         Intent to Return Confirmed Round-Trip Flight Tickets Proof that you plan to leave the destination country.
• ·         Accommodation Confirmed Hotel/Accommodation Bookings Proof of where you will stay for the entire duration of the trip (all cities).
• ·         Purpose Personal Covering Letter Signed letter from the applicant stating the purpose of the trip, travel dates, and itinerary.
• ·         Financial Proof Bank Statements Original bank statements for the last 3 to 6 months showing sufficient funds to cover your travel and stay.
• ·         Employment Proof Letter from Employer (NOC)A No-Objection Certificate (NOC) on company letterhead stating your designation, date of joining, salary, and granting leave for the specific travel period.
• ·         Business Owners Company Registration + ITR Company Registration (e.g., GST certificate) and Income Tax Returns (ITR) for the last 3 years.
• ·         Detailed Plan Day-wise Travel Itinerary detailed plan listing what you will do each day, including names of hotels and cities.
• Identity Passport Photocopies Copy of the first and last pages of the current passport, plus copies of old passports showing travel history
