Mandatory Documents

• ·         Passport: copy of all data pages. Original Passport valid for 3 months after the intended stay and must have 2 blank pages
• ·         Visa Application Form: Application form filled and duly signed by the applicant. Click here to view.
• ·         Coloured Photograph: 2 coloured photographs ( 35X40mm) not older than 6 months and with 70- 80% face coverage Click here to view.
• ·         Cover Letter: A covering letter from the applicant mentioning name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit.. For self-employed/businessmen, the letter should be on their business Letter head for employed individuals it should be on company’s letterhead and others on the plain paper.
• ·         Travel Bookings: Roundtrip ticket and travel itinerary
• ·         Accommodation: Confirmed hotel reservation
• ·         Travel Insurance: Valid for all Schengen countries throughout the duration of stay. Insurance should be amounting 30000 Euros
• ·         Financial Document: ITR V acknowledgment of the previous financial year. Bank statement for last 3 months
• ·         If Employed: 3-month Salary slip and NOC from employer.
• ·         If Self Employed: Registration proof / Partnership deed / MOA of the Company
• ·         Documents from Students: School/ College Id card copy
• ·         If Minor Travelling: Birth Certificate of the Minor

1.               COVERING LETTER ADDRESS TO - TO THE VISA OFFICER, CONSULATE GENERAL OF FRANCE, MUMBAI.
2. Biometric Update: Mandatory for all applications, even if previously completed within the last 59 months
