Mandatory Documents

• ·         Passport: Old passport if any. Original Passport valid for 3 months after the intended stay and must have 2 blank pages. Scan copy of first and last pages and all used pages of current passport
• ·         Visa Application Form: A Visa Application Form that is filled and signed by the Applicant. (Use only one pen to fill the form; overwriting /using whitener is not allowed)
• ·         Coloured Photograph: Two recent photos (35x45 mm) with white background and matte finish with 80% of Face coverage
• ·         Cover Letter: A covering letter from the applicant mentioning name, designation,  passport number, purpose and duration of visit. For self-employed/businessmen, the letter should be on their business Letter head for employed individuals it should be on company’s letterhead and others on the plain paper.
• ·         Travel Bookings: Air Tickets. Roundtrip ticket and travel itinerary
• ·         Accommodation: Confirmed hotel reservation
• ·         Travel Insurance: Valid for all Schengen countries throughout the duration of stay
• ·         Financial Document: Original bank statement for last 3 months with stamp and Sign. Income tax return for last 2 years
• ·         If Employed: Last 6 months personal and salary account bank statements duly signed and stamped by the bank authority. Last 3 years ITR/Form No. 16A.3-month
• ·         Salary slip and NOC from employer.
• ·         If Self Employed: Company Registration Certificate / Certificate of Incorporation.
• ·         Registration proof / Partnership deed / MOA of the Company
• ·         Other Mandatory Documents: Copy of Pan card (Self Attested)
• ·         If Minor Travelling: If minor is travelling alone with one parent, then NOC required from the other Parent

Note:

1. If travelling to other Schengen country internal ticket also required, Bank balance should be INR 6600 should be each day in Schengen

2. All Documentsshould be in A4 size

3. BLS will only accept online forms. Handwritten forms will not be processed. Ensure all details are complete and correct before submission

4.please provide the refusal notice or a written explanation about the reasons if any visa refusal.
