A standard 2 Nights / 3 Days Statue of Unity package in Kevadia (Ekta Nagar) typically includes air-conditioned accommodation—ranging from deluxe hotels and resorts to luxury AC cottages at Tent City 1 or Tent City 2—along with daily breakfast and dinner, internal transfers, and guided sightseeing passes. Over the three days, visitors get to explore key highlights like the Statue of Unity Viewing Gallery and Museum, Sardar Sarovar Dam viewpoints, Valley of Flowers, the evening Laser Light & Sound Show, Unity Glow Garden, Jungle Safari, and themed gardens such as Arogya Van and Cactus Garden, alongside attending the Narmada Aarti.

• 2 night accommodation in well-appointed rooms as mentioned above hotels or equivalent  
• Two bottles of drinking water per cottage will be provided on complimentary basis 
• Meals are inclusive as per mention in day wise schedule. The meals will be served as per the scheduled time in respective dining areas and missed meals will not be refunded or extended on next day. 
• The package rates are inclusive of entry tickets to statue of unity, Valley of Flowers, Khalwani to Zarwani, Eco tourism bus Tour, Boating, Sardar Sarovar Dam view Point, Laser show (Subject to availability) 

Exclusion

• Air tickets and airport taxes  

• Services of English-speaking guide during sightseeing tours 

• Entry Fee at the Monuments  

• Items of personal nature like laundry, phone calls, tips to guides / drivers etc.  

• Camera / Video camera fees applicable at monuments 

• An individual can book viewing gallery tickets directly from www.soutickets.in (visit on 1^st day & suggested to book  16.00-18.00 Slot) 

• Guest/s who have missed the visit as per itinerary may be included on request on a chargeable basis 

• The Kids between the age 3 to 6 need to be booked by guest directly from www.soutickets.in   

• Transfers from Vadodara – Kevadia – Vadodara at additional cost

• An individual can book viewing gallery tickets directly from Website 
• Above given all rates are not valid during festival seasons, long weekend & black-out dates. 

• Entry ticket to Statue of Unity for Foreign Nationals is not included in package costs  

• In case of any cancellation of flight/train or any mode of transportation, booking amount will not be refundable. 

• In case of late arrival at the tent city, guests will not be entitled for missed meals or other activities. 

• The Voucher issued in respect of the packages for Statue of Unity tent city is to be furnished Compulsorily along with Government approved valid Photo ID proof of each guest at the reception counter at the time of check-in; for foreign Nationals, it is mandatory to furnish valid Passport & Visa. Pan card will not be accepted as a valid photo ID. 

• In case of late arrival at Tent City, guests will not be entitled for missed meals or other activities. 

• In case of early arrival at Tent City, guests can pay early check in charges if the rooms are available and if rooms are not available then they have to wait until the check in time as prescribed. 

• Please note that the cooling of A.C. in the vehicles and common areas will be maintained as per the temperature comfortable to the majority of guest present. 

• Any amendments with respect to change in Check-in dates would attract 1065/- per guest amendment charge 

• Any incidental, personal and other expenses and cost of items which are not specified/mentioned in the inclusions are to be borne by the guest. 

• Management is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings of the guest. Guests are requested to take care of their belongings. Guests carrying valuables such as fragile items, money, jewellery, silverware, cameras, laptop, electronic items or photographic equipment, antiques, artifacts, work of art, precious metals and similar valuables at their own risk. 

• This is an indicative itinerary & subject to change depending upon circumstances at the sole discretion of management. 

• All rooms are Strictly Non-smoking areas as per in-house rules. 

• Guests have to follow the house rules and applicable laws of the land. 

• Management reserves the right to cancel reservation without any prior notice in case of any Central/State Government Event /Meetings/Visits or any unwanted natural calamities. In which case, alternative dates can be set or full refund will be given. 

• The management takes utmost precaution to prevent incidents such as fire, short circuits or any other mis-happenings which are beyond the control. However, the management’s liability for loss of baggage due to fire, short circuit or any other mis-happening whatsoever is subject to a maximum amount of TBA per room. All guests can opt for adequate insurance coverage through their insurance company prior to travel to Statue of Unity Tent city – 1. 

• Visit to Statue of Unity premises, Khalwani to Zarwani Ecotourism Bus Tour, Sardar Sarovar Nauka Vihar (Boating) and Nilkanth Dham Temple is subject to change/cancel due to any unforseen circumstances. 

• Statue of Unity Premises and other facilities remain closed on every Monday. 

• Guest Checking in on sunday for 02 nights package shall be taken to Poicha Nilkanth Dham Temple on second day i.e. Monday as the other attraction such as khalvani to zarwani ecotourism bus tour and Boating remains closed on Monday. 

• Guest Checking in on Monday for 02 nights package shall be taken to Poicha Nilkanth Dham Temple on the day of check in i.e. Monday as the other attraction such as khalvani to zarwani ecotourism bus tour and Boating remains closed on Monday. And on next day i.e. Tuesday they shall be taken to Khalwani to Zarwani Ecotourism bus tour from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm and in the afternoon from 02:30 pm onwards they shall be taken to visit Dam view Point, Valley of flowers, Statue of Unity & Laser show. 

• Pets are not allowed inside the Tent City. 

• Due to unavoidable circumstances because of COVID-19, if we need to shut down the property by government Guidelines/rules, we would refund 100% of your accommodation charges of Statue Of Unity Tent City.  

• If any guest is detected with COVID-19 symptoms at the Statue of Unity Tent City Entry Gate, we will amend the date of arrival as per availability on a complimentary basis. If there is a rate difference then the difference amount has to be paid by the guest. Our expert team will also assist the guest in the nearest hospital. 

• If any guest is detected with COVID-19 symptoms during his/her stay at the tent city then we will transfer him/her to our in-house isolation centre and our In-house medical team will inspect the guests. If the guests are instructed for further isolation/hospitalization then we will assist the guests to reach the nearest hospital. 

• Any dispute arising in above mentioned terms & conditions is subject to Ahmedabad jurisdiction only. 

• Right to admission reserved by Management. 
• Statue of Unity remains closed on Every Monday so any guest opting for check in on Monday shall be taken on Tuesday morning after check out to valley of flower, view point and Statue of Unity  
• Itineraries and arranged sightseeing are subject to change at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.

List of Prohibited Items:  

The following items are not allowed inside the Statue of Unity Complex and to be kept outside only. 

• Personal Items: Lighters, Scissors-metal with pointed tips, realistic replica of a toy weapon 
• Sharp Objects: Box Cutters, Ice Axes/Ice Picks, Knives (any length and any type except round-bladed, butter and plastic cutlery), Meat Cleavers, Razor-Type Blades such as box-cutters, utility knives, razor blades not in a cartridge, but excluding safety razors, sabres, swords. 
• Sporting Goods: Baseball Bats, Bows and Arrows, Cricket Bats, Golf Clubs, Hockey, Sticks, Lacrosse Sticks, Pool Cues, Ski Poles, Spear Guns. 
• Guns and Firearm: Ammunition, BB Guns, Compressed Air Guns, Firearms, Parts of Guns and Firearms, Pellet Guns, Realistic replicas of Firearms, Starter Pistols. 
• Tools: Axes and Hatchets, Cattle Prods, Crowbars, Hammers, Drills (including cordless portable power drills), Saws (including cordless portable power saws), Screwdrivers (except those in eyeglass repair kits), Tools (including but not limited to wrenches and pliers), Wrenches and Pliers. 
• Martial Arts / Self Defence Items: Billy Clubs, Black Jacks, Brass knuckles, Kubatons, Mace / Pepper Spray, Martial Arts Weapons, Night Sticks, Nunchakus, Martial Arts / Self Defence Items, Stun Guns / Shocking Devices, Throwing Stars. 
• Explosive Materials: Such as Flare Guns, Gun Lighters, and Gun Powder, Explosive Material.Blasting Caps, Dynamite, Fireworks, Flares (in any form). Hand Grenades, Plastic Explosives, and Realistic Replicas of Explosives. 
• Compressed Gases: Such as (deeply refrigerated, flammable, non-flammable, and poisonous) Butane, Oxygen, Liquid Nitrogen and Aqualung Cylinders (deeply refrigerated, flammable, non-flammable and poisonous) 
• Flammable Items: Such as Aerosol (any except for personal care or toiletries in limited quantities), Fuels(including cooking fuels and any flammable liquid fuel) Gasoline, Gas Torches, Lighter Fluid, Strike anywhere matches, Turpentine and Paint Thinner, realistic Replicas of Incendiaries 
• Oxidizing Materials: Such as bleaching powder, peroxides. 
• Poisonous and infectious substances: such as insecticides, weed-killers, and live virus materials, radioactive materials. 
• Corrosives: Such as acids, alkalis, mercury, wet cell batteries (except those in wheelchairs), oven or drain cleaners. 
• Other dangerous articles: Such as magnetized, offensive, or irritating materials. Briefcases and attache cases with installed alarm devices. 

Other Instructions:

• Visitors to take note that Statue of Unity Site Entry Opens at 08:00 AM and Closes at 06:00 PM. 

• “SVPRET reserves the rights to cancel/refund your trip/booking”.  

• Visiting tourist to take note that SOU complex does not have locker facility, therefore, it is advised not to carry large/heavy bags and other prohibited items like cigarettes, matchbox, lighters, other inflammable items, intoxicants and pets to SOU Complex. 

• The visitors can deposit their small bags at the locker facility available at Shrestha Bharat Bhavan Ticketing Counter (Near Ramada Encore) and keep their large bags in their vehicle. 

• Food items are not allowed inside the SOU complex. However, visitors are allowed to carry baby food and medicines. 

• There is Quota of 7000 Tickets, per day for the Viewing Gallery as per the capacity of the Elevator. Therefore, if Viewing Gallery tickets are sold out then you have to buy Entry Tickets only shown in a separate category. Please note that in the case when Viewing Gallery Tickets are sold out, then tickets will not be available at the Counters of the SOU also. Therefore, the visitors planning to visit Viewing Gallery are requested to plan and book Viewing Gallery Tickets as per the availability shown on the website. 

• This package is valid from 01^st October 2026 to 31^st March 2027 (Except from 20^th December 2026 – 10^th January 2027).
