•   3 Nights’ accommodation in Sydney in suggested or similar Hote
•   3 Night accommodation in Gold Coast in suggested or similar Hotel
•   3 Night accommodation in Melbourne in suggested or similar Hotel
• Daily Breakfast except on Day 1
• All Meals – Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner (set menu) as mentioned in the itineray
• Travel by comfortable A/C coach as per the tour itinerary
• Entrance fees of all sightseeing places to be visited from inside
• Return Airport transfers on Private basis.
• 5% GST
• 2% TCS

•  VISA cost & Travel Insurance
•  Lunch on Day 1 and Day 10
• Gratuities expected by Bell staff, Restaurant, Transfer and Tour staff and Drivers 
• Anything not mentioned in inclusion.
•   Porter service.
• Charges in hotels for additional services & penalties
• Any item of personal nature like mini-bar, portage, tips, medical expenses, Phone Calls, laundry, liquors etc.
• Any sightseeing, tours, entrance fees, transfers, event tickets & tours other than mentioned above not mentioned in package inclusions
•  All taxes and service charges.

Important Notes :

• All rates are in AUD (Australian Dollars). The prevailing rate of exchange on the day of payment will be applicable.
• For security deposits, credit card is required at the time of hotel check in. • The passport should be valid for at least 6 months from the date of departure.
• Any type of mandatory fee like a resort fee / city tax etc. should be paid at the hotel directly; the same is not a part of the package and cannot be pre-paid.
• Optional Meals do not include transfers. Kindly check the same before booking meals lunch/dinner.
• Check-in / Check-out 12h:00 noon. Early Check-In / Late Check-out are subject to availability.
• There will not be any refund provided for any services not utilized during the tour.
• The rates are subject to change in case of any event, like trade fair, exhibition, important holidays, revised hotel policy etc.
• Above rates are valid during the Departure Dates only.
• Rates are subject to change, including changes in Government taxes and surcharges
• If certain Sightseeing is closed during certain periods, alternative sightseeing will be provided.
