The "Eastern Mystery" package offers a captivating 6-night journey through the heart of the Eastern Himalayas, perfectly balancing the colonial charm of Darjeeling with the serene high-altitude beauty of Gangtok. The adventure begins with 3 nights in Darjeeling, the "Queen of the Hills," where highlights include a sunrise visit to Tiger Hill to witness the golden glow on Mount Kanchenjunga, peaceful moments at the Japanese Peace Pagoda, and a nostalgic ride on the UNESCO-listed Himalayan Railway. The journey then transitions to Gangtok, the vibrant capital of Sikkim, for 3 nights to explore the sacred Enchey Monastery, the Namgyal Institute of Tibetology, and the scenic Flower Exhibition Centre. A major highlight of the Sikkim leg is an excursion to the pristine Tsomgo Lake and the historic Baba Mandir, situated at an altitude of 12,400 feet. This itinerary provides a seamless blend of lush tea gardens, rich Buddhist heritage, and breathtaking mountain vistas, making it an ideal escape for nature lovers and cultural enthusiasts alike.

Meet and Greet on arrival at New Jalpaiguri Railway Station / Bagdogra International Airport and transfer to Darjeeling (6,950 Ft.). On arrival check-in to the hotel and rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at Darjeeling.

Early morning (4:00 AM) visit Tiger Hill (Subject to availability of Permit / Token) and then back to hotel. After breakfast, starting at 8.30 AM, visit Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, P.N. Zoological Park (Thursday closed), Tenzing Rock, Ropeway, Tibetan Refugee self-help Centre (Sunday closed), Tea Garden (outer view), Japanese Temple. Evening free for shopping or leisure. Overnight stay at Darjeeling.

After breakfast start for a full day excursion trip to Mirik (4,902 ft.), which is a small picturesque hill station with a beautiful lake surrounded by forested hills on all sides with the back drop of Mt Kanchenjunga. The road runs through some fascinating tea gardens, Orange Orchards, Cardamom plantations and pine forests. Visit Sumendu Lake, which is famous for it being one of the best man-made lakes. Enjoy horse ride and boating at the lake site on direct payment basis. On the way back to Darjeeling return via Pasupati Market, which is situated in Indo-Nepal border (Extra vehicle charges will be applicable for Nepal Border to Pasupati Market on direct payment basis). Evening back to hotel. Overnight stay at Darjeeling.

• Documents for Tsomgo Lake & New Baba Mandir – 02 Passport Size Photo along with Photo Copy of Photo ID Proof (Passport or Driving License or Voter ID (Pan Card & Adhaar Card is not accepted). For Children below 18 years, Birth Certificate / School Id / College Id are must. Original needs to carry while travelling.
• In case of Land slide or any other reason, if Tsomgo Lake is closed we will provide alternate sightseeing.
