• ·        Entrances & excursions unless stated in inclusions & itinerary.
• ·        Early check in & late check-out.

• ·        Hotel confirmations may take 48 to 72 hours.
• ·        If the Invoice amount is in INR, Passport and PAN card copies of all Passengers are mandatory.

Additional Information on Emirates Flight Traveling Passengers

   New DXB Greet & Go Charges – Terminal 3 Arrivals Only

* Individual booking up to 7 guests - $ 10 USD per service (system will not allow to book 8 guests, in this case, small group booking must be created) 

* Small group up to 8-25 guests - $ 13 USD per service (system will not allow to book 26 guests, in this case, large group booking must be created) 

* Large group up to 26-50 guests - $ 15 USD per service (system will not allow to book 51 guests, in this case, individual, small group booking must be created, subject to number of guests in addition to the 50 guests booking)

Please note:

- These charges apply only to Arrivals, Half-Day, and Full-Day Services from Terminal 3.

- To arrange the paging service, we require the following details in advance: The exact number of guests, full name of all the guests and main guest contact number.  Kindly ensure this information is shared with us ahead of time so we can make the necessary bookings with the airport accordingly.

Other Information:

• PAN card and passport copies are required to proceed with the booking.
• Hotel rates and availability are subject to final confirmation from the hotel. If the specified hotel is unavailable, a similar category option will be offered.
• For visas issued under the service provider’s sponsorship, the client must exit the country before the visa expires.

Example (UAE): For a 30-day visa, exit must occur within 29 days of Entry. 

Failure to Exit on time may result in penalties, and the service provider reserves the right to take necessary legal action.

• For the Dubai Dolphinarium tour, a government fee of AED 25 per person must be paid directly at the entrance of Creek Park.
• Children under 2 years are not permitted inside Ski Dubai Snow Park. Children above 2 years will require tickets (to be borne directly by guests if not included in the package).
• Full payment is required at least 7 days before the travel date to ensure timely issuance of vouchers, service confirmations, and smooth operations. Delayed payments may result in service delays or errors.
• Museum of the Future tickets are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon voucher issuance with slot timing. Please do not consider them confirmed until you receive email confirmation.
