Package Overview

This 2-night/3-day Madurai-Rameshwaram package is a concentrated spiritual and cultural pilgrimage circuit, which typically starts and ends in Madurai and focuses on two of the most significant temple towns in Tamil Nadu. The standard itinerary dedicates Day 1 to Madurai sightseeing, covering the iconic Meenakshi Amman Temple, the Thirumalai Nayakar Palace, and perhaps the Gandhi Memorial Museum, with an overnight stay in Madurai; Day 2 involves an early drive to Rameshwaram (approx. 4 hours), visiting the revered Ramanathaswamy Temple (one of the 12 Jyotirlingas), the holy Agni Theertham sea, and the spectacular Pamban Bridge, followed by an overnight stay in Rameshwaram; and Day 3 focuses on the ghost town of Dhanushkodi and the APJ Abdul Kalam Memorial before driving back to Madurai for departure.

Exclusions

• Air Fare / Train fare.
• Personal Expenses such as Laundry, telephone calls, tips & gratuity, mineral water, soft & hard drinks, rafting, rock climbing, paragliding, joy ride (Toy Train), Ropeway, porterage.
• Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary. 
• Entrance Fees & Guide charges. 
• Any cost arising due to natural calamities like road blockage, political disturbances (strikes) flood, landslides etc. (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable. 
• Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure. 
• Any Insurance. 
• Anything which is not included in the inclusion.
• 5% GST
